The adidas Beckenbauer Allround was released for the first time back in 1982 and was the signature shoe of German soccer legend Franz Beckenbauer aka ‘the Kaiser’. At the time, Franz Beckenbauer played alongside Pele at the New York Cosmos, where they won the championship three times. Paying homage to the original Beckenbauer Allround, adidas has kept it simple with its classic ’80s look and picture tongue tag.This adidas Originals men's update of the classic Beckenbauer shoe comes in a soft nubuck upper with tonal suede panelling, contrast three stripe branding on the sides and an embossed trefoil logo on the contrasting heel piece. Other details include printed branding on the tongue.
